Oxford Capital originates and manages equipment finance transactions through a national network of sourcing relationships. Credit decisions are made in-house, with an emphasis on collateral quality, downside protection, and consistent execution across market conditions. The firm finances established operators, transitional credits, and select early-stage businesses where asset coverage and structure support the risk profile.

In addition to equipment finance, Oxford Capital allocates capital to opportunistic and special-situation credit investments. These investments are managed with a long-term orientation, active oversight, and a focus on capital preservation and durable value creation.

Oxford Capital is headquartered just outside Richmond, Virginia, and operates Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
